Chance of getting sponsorship from employee

Hello,

I would like to get some advice. I am from the Czech Republic and I am willing to migrate to Australia. I am 35, married and I have one kid. I have more than 10 years of experience in IT and currently, I am working as a Senior Solution Architect.

I was checking different options and looks like visas 189 and 190 are not real for my case. 186 seems an option, so my main question here is whether it is real to get a visa sponsorship from an employee?

Any advice from people who had more or less the same conditions and were able to migrate would be appreciated.

It's possible to secure sponsorship for a 186 visa, especially with your senior-level experience in IT. Networking and showcasing your skills could enhance your chances. Good luck!
