LOOKING FOR AN IMMIGRATION SPECIALIST TO MOVE FROM UK TO FLORIDA

i want to emmigrate to the Sarasota area from London in January 2014. I have looked at the possible visa options but think it may be orudent to seek advice for the best and most cost effective option. Does anyone know anybody with reasonable fees based in the UK? Who i can exolain my situation to and get them to give me guidance and hopefully help Lso.

In brief i will be selling my uk property and looking to rent in the sarasota region. I have a uk business which i lplan to keep for as long as possible wt someone managing it for me. I will be opeing a similar business in the us with the same franchise co. therefore am thinking possibly the L1 transfer visa may be my best option? As waas owner/manager if the business in the uk and will be setting up a branch in the us.

I also will be providing an unusual service which is in the hes,th and weight loss cield. Ie that of food intolerance testing. Which as i understand it is unheard of i. The area? I was thinking of posssibily offering my services to a local heath facikity cor free fr say ine day a week in return fir them oerhaps sopnsoir g me? If this is an option. So perhaos the E2 visa would work here.

I am keen on keeping the appli atiin fees to a minimum. I will be getting married ince in the us but oerhaos nt for a couple if years so dont want to rey on this as my way in. As have an american fiance.
