First off, please don't post in caps lock.


As for moving from Venezuela to the states, you would have to be mad to do so.

Apart from the immigration issues you might well run into, both border crossing AND during the whole of your stay, US social media posts are not looking good.

The ultra right, and that's a big chunk of the US at the moment, is very anti Venezuela- that potentially leaving you at a fair risk of violence.


  1. The US government is anti immigration
  2. The US is bombing Venezuela
  3. ICE raids against anyone who looks foreign,  even when they are US citizens,  are as common as they are violent.
  4. Far too many in the US agree with the above and are known to be extremely violent.


I wouldn't go to the states at the moment, and I'm white. A Venezuelan would be in far more danger.
