Evidently banks ignore any law that discriminates against seniors aging in Mexico.

Okay, I'll be the AH. Your sentence means that the banks break laws that are discriminatory against aging expats. You should be glad if that is the case. I think you meant the opposite. So what are you complaining about?? If an expat has good credit in Mexico they should be able to get a credit card. But first, they have to have a credit history in Mexico. It's that egg or chicken thing.

Seniors over a certain age are denied credit cards by Mexican banks even if they have excellent credit and have lived in Mexico for many years.  Sorry for the confusion.  A description was placed before that statement but was not included.  To be clear, the question is what bank will issue a credit card,, visa or master card, to a senior over the age of 75 years of higher?  Supposedly there is law not allowing that kind of discrimination in Mexico.  Any solutions?
