Movers/Packers in RAK?

Well as the topic says, i plan to move from rak to abu dhabi , i'm looking for a reasonable yet reliable company to do it , i have googled, and found nothing but mobile numbers not linked to any companies, which doesn't really put me at ease , so if you can think of any company , lemme know.

I'm also wondering what the quotation would be , roughly? I want a bedroom dismantled and fixed in abu dhabi , literally just a double bed with its side tables, a 4 door cupboard, and a kind of executive desk with it's chair.

we used The Box Company (theboxme.com) based in Dubai although they use local companies for the other Emirates, they were very good on our move from AD to Al Hamra.
