Visa for my husband and job prospects

Hi. I have a job in Al ain. My husband doesnt have a job yet. As far as im aware its a single contract and my visa is covered only.

Are you able to advise where best to reach out to get support for my husbands visa? What are job prospects like for someone with background in technical support.

Whats the situation like with renting?
