Abu Dhabi Remote Work Visa

Hi,

I am a British citizen and currently live in London. I am employed by a UK based company (the company has no presence in the UAE).

I plan to apply for Abu Dhabi Remote Work Visa and i meet the following criteria:

• Must work with an entity outside the UAE who supports working remotely

• Obtains a monthly income of not less than $3,500 US dollars or equivalent

Could you kindly advise on the following:

1- Are there any tax implications to my employer? i.e will my employer be liable to any tax in the UAE?

2- Can I maintain my current full time contract in the UK whilst working remotely from Abu Dhabi? or will I have to become a contractor via a UAE based agency

3- Can I keep receiving my salary in a UK based bank account? or does my employer have to pay my salary to a UAE based bank account?
