No. You can only reapply and attach extra documents.

@mnayani007: I would urge you to be cautious. As I mentioned, it is literally impossible to overturn a security rejection. It is only possible in rare cases. Don't believe or pay anyone who is saying that they can fix it. If you have to, make sure payment is only after success and not before - verify the success via official communication only.
