Visa renewal 1 year fit follow up medical result

@Goodthings can you tell me about this case because my wife also get same medical certificate

@Mohit Jain your wife got visa stamp on passport for 1 year at least?

Dear All,

i also faced the same issue and visa has been issued for 1 year. can anyone explain to me if there is any process to consult with DHA authorities to have my thorough check ups, i can fix this issue and can take permanently clearance from this process ?

Not really.  This is not a straightforward process and it will take time.   You may have to do follow ups for a year or two before you can move on.  And if you change visa, the process will start again.   Just be thankful as in the past, you would have been deported and banned........at least they relaxed that bit.

@Goodthings What happened after 1 year visa follow up? Did you get the visa for 3 years?

@XTang Hi Xtang, do you know if after undergoing the treatment and being punctual on follow-ups, is a medical fit certificate issued?

And if a medical fit certificate is issued, can I then apply for a work visa for 2-3 years / golden visa for 10 years?
