Termination and End of service

Hi all , I just wanted to ask something related to termination on annual leave . Is it possible for the employer to terminate once the employee is on annual leave . If the employer terminate with out informing 2 months prior as mentioned in offer letter are we entitled to get 3 months salary and end of service ? Can some one give info on this ..

There are two types of contract

1-Limited contract
2-Un limited contract

Under first category if employer terminate the contract you can immediately report to MOHRE and file complaint under which your employer will be liable to pay you 3 months salary and the rest you can check directly with the ministry .

Under second category employer can easily terminate your contract without any notice .
