vox00ns

I was working in Dubai for 13 years for Emirates airline. Unfortunately i was diagnosed Hiv positive when I was renewing my visa and I was given 7 days to leave the country.

I never asked in that time can I travel back as a tourist or can I transit via Dubai airport if I travel somwhere.

I tried to find that info online but I couuldn't find any info.

Anybody who if familliar with this issue

@vox00ns you have to get lab work done again to make sure you’re clean. I’ve been applying to get a job in Dubai, I’ve submitted my Covid vaccination card but still no one offers me a job!  There’s a big difference with your case, just get that blood work and show them the results, if you come out negative and still they pressure you to leave then that’s discrimination - hire a lawyer to fight for you, okay, good luck!

1) First establish if you are HIV positive or not

2) If positive and you were deported i.e. eye scan etc.......you can't come to the UAE.  Period.

@XTang yes they did the eye scan and I was deported

So point number 2 applies.
