LAWYERS AND INTERPRETERS

Hello,
As I intend to buy apartment in Antalya I wonder if anybody has some experience on that, namely, recommending some serious lawyer to assist me throughout the process, and also recommending some serious broker(s)
I also wonder 1) if anyone can recommend an interpreter or translator 2) if anyone knows if in Turkey they have condominium regulations (common account for maintenance and reparations, restrictions on facade changes and alterations, etc).

Hi.
In all buildings residents participate to the maintenance fees.
There is a janitor and a caretaker; nearly in all buildings.
Concerning lawyers and interpreters;
I think you should first decide what to do and what to buy exactly and then contact them.
I"m a certified translator. You csn contact me if you so wish.
If you are already in Antalya, I eould suggest you to check around you to see which area you like most.

Have you managed finding a good translator and a flat?
i can offer both.
i have a company offering translatio and consultancy services and a flat I would like to sell.
It is in the vicinity of ex-Dedeman, 163 sqm 3+ 1 in a calm area of Antalya.

the price of the flat is 520.000 tl reduced to 500.000 Tl. FYI
