Hello all!

Hope you are all well.

I would like to apply for a license to work as a tour operator in Antalya

I am qualified as a tour operator in Italy and I'm currently living in Antalya. I have a residence permit.

What are the requirements? Or where can I find out about the requirements?

PROCESS OF PROCEDURE

The legal entity who wants to obtain a travel agency business license applies to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey with a petition and, if any, documents related to trademark registration to obtain the travel agency title. Application For New Business Certificate - TÜRSAB

What documents are required to establish an Tourism company in Turkey?

  • Passport of company founders.
  • Notarized Turkish translation of passports - 3 original unit.
  • Personal tax number obtained in Turkey.
  • 3 photos (white background)
  • Rental agreement of the workplace.
