Turkish Residency Through Investment

Hello, I'm want to move to Turkey with my family soon. We are family of 4 members (Mother and 3 daughters). First we decided that my mother will buy property and we will also get residency through her investment but after few days of research I found out that kids above 18 yrs of age can't get PR. My mother is 57 yrs old, she's a widow and she can't live without us and we can't live without her. If me and my sisters buy small appartments in Istanbul and then can we keep our mother with us? Can she get PR and live with us??

Can I know which country are you coming from?

You can find a property come turkey with a Torist visa and then buy the property, once you get the property on your name or member of your family then you can apply for Residency in Turkey.
