Job information

Tylerhass

I'm currently an American university student studying sociology and anthropology with a focus on research methods, statistics, and some data analysis.
I'm looking to move to anywhere in Turkey upon graduation, or sooner for an internship, to find a job to support myself for a couple years while my friend finishes school.
Is there any outlook in those fields for someone who does not speak Turkish?
Thanks!

Hello Mr Tyler

Unfortunately bsuiness options are limited in Sociology and anthropology. Its mostly limited to universities so you could apply for a doctorate degree and you could actually find extra jobs here like teaching english etc.

Good luck on your life here

Thank you. I am in contact with Koç University about research work, and I will be meeting up with them this October in Istanbul.
What about in the field of data analytics? General market research jobs would also be within my skillset. I understand my limited Turkish would further limit my options. NGOs and the like too
Thanks again!
