Rental Costs in Riyadh (Compound)

Hi All

I am looking into moving to Riyadh and wanted some help in determining the rental costs for the different compounds.

What would the expected rental (2 bedroom unit) be for a decent expat compound that has
1. Swimming pools
2. Transport
3. Gym
4. Play areas

and which compound would this be?

This would vary compound by compound. Can be anywhere from 50-100K depending on the compound.

Practically, all compounds have 1, 3 and 4. Transport from compounds is usually just to the nearby malls at pre-determined times. Is that what you want?

Yes that would be the transport I would like.
Also seen that some offer transport to the international schools - but still not sure if that’s something I’m keen on as yet. Still need to investigate that
