Tawakkalna status not updated

Dear friends,

I did second doze of vaccine last Sunday, but Tawakkalna still shows "Incomplete Vaccination" status. I called Tawakkalna helpdesk - useless. I also called 937 and was informed this is a common issue - wery helpful indeed.
So could anyone tell me how exactly this "common issue" can be fixed in my particular case?

this is the first time that the MOH is accepting the sinovac vaccine on their website. a friend i am assisting had the status of incomplete vaccination in tawakkalna. i am not sure if waiting for two weeks would help change the status, she had pfizer as booster but was done just two days ago. by the way, you might want to send them a message via twitter account. they reply fast. it is @Tawakkalna_care. stay safe.
I am facing the same issue

regarding the huge amount of people taking the booster now days
the status will be changed after 2 weeks , if not then you can communicate 937 providing them with details that are required ( iqama Id,......)
so there is now worries its normal  these days for the delay in some vaccination centers
I have same problem incomplete vaccine.

I had the same issue yesterday
So I called 937 they took all my information / contact details, then they informed me to wait 24 hours after vaccine.
Solved already within 24 hours.

No issue at all so easy communication.
