Visit vasa holder vaccinated, but tawakkalna status not updated

My families are in KSA now on family visit visa. now it is more than 14 days they got vaccination, but Tawakkalna status still not updated.

Please help me if know the reason and solution.

Contact Tawakkalna and also file a report with MOH.

Try to get help from Tawakkalna and MOH.
And i think you can enter the vaccine information on muqeem.

Contact them at: contact@tawakkalna.gov.sa

And i think that Muqeem is for those who got the vaccine outside the kingdom.
But that link is genuine, you can search it on Google.

Hello guys,

I am on a Family visit visa in Riyadh and have been getting it extended every 90 days even after visa expiration a few months ago due to the COVID situation.
I want to get vaccinated ASAP can someone please share if there is a way to get vaccinated even if it involves paying a premium.

Would really appreciate any support or any leads from anyone.

I had vaccinated Covid-19 on 1st May 2021 and waited update one month passed no update yet. Called MOH 937 to report the case the line was recorded nearly 1hours spent no answer. I understood it due to Language English then I wrote an e-mail, No reply. After I though of going back to the same MOH and check for the records but too far. Then I told one of my Saudi Friend to call MOH on 937 in Arabia he contacted and answered. Night a Saudi person called I gave all the information and now it was updated

Tawakkalna status is not updated until now fully vaccinated in the Philippines and flight to KSA will be on Monday, September 4.

I updated my vaccine final dose certificate on MOH website on 26th August but still my tawakkalna is not updated after 9 days. It says it takes only 5 business days to complete. Anybody has any idea plz share

Call 937 ,it takes times, some time more than 30 min but once connected they take all the information and it gets update in 1-2 days.
You can do follow up if its not updated.
It works for me and my friends
