Traffic violation

I just bought a car in riyadh city, am from al qassim, afyer buying car i got traffix violation messege for 3000sar for the same day when i brought the car, but the timing was 1245 whereas i took car on my name 7.30 evening. That violation was done by previous owner but message i received, so i will have to pay or it can be transfered on previous owner???

You must go directly to the Traffic department head quarter and explain theĀ  hole situation in formal procedure.
You should take all evidence you have to prove your situation.

might be urĀ  mistaking ,first of allĀ  SMS dont comes same day ,it takes 3 to 4 days to come and 2nd untilĀ  u will not register you number , how message can received by you,
