Working conditions for Indian doctors in Saudi Arabia

Hello sir,
I recently selected for Saudi Arabia through MOH interview as an specialist NICU. Salary package is 3.14 lakh (including HRA).

My question is that are they providing free food and accommodation even if they are providing you HRA as told my agent, but I have doubt...? 
Is salary package negotiable...?
Post alloted me in taif, is this place safe for living...?

Hello actually if your Coming to Saudi Arabia,

Accommodation & transport from company only there is no doubt, but regarding food you have to confirm & please confirm the Salary also ask for offer letter then only proceed without offer letter do not proceed.
