private taxis with TINTED windows are for to save you from having some ill-mannered

psycho ruin your day!

this is so true. there was one time i was also in one of those regular taxis with another lady friend, and the car got stuck in the traffic. we were paralleled with a rowdy bunch of boys making faces in their car window, calling our attention. they kept staring, smiling, and all those naughty expressions. How I hate these kinds of ill-mannered people.

Seriously, putting all the cultural prejudices that Saudi men have against women aside, I just can't see women driving anytime soon from a logistics point of view. I mean another 1,000,000 drivers on the road with the current traffic!
