Hi salam every one .plz confirm i am in Riyadh so from vwhere i get polio vaccine and certificate of polio vaccine.we need for migration

Practically any hospital.  The certificate can be a statement from the hospital on a letterhead and stamp.  Ask before you get the vaccine i.e. tell them what you are looking for.
