Ooh girl that's a great idea, to gather expatiate girls together so you can discuss the way of living, ease your awareness, provide each other with information, advices and also exchange experiences , i recommend it, and i would like to join but as you can see i am a lonely gentleman

Your idea is perfect for you as ladies, to help each other in a new strange place, and for me as a gentleman i don't recommend the "just for men" gathering occasions, cause the real man can deal with his own problems :p
However the woman must be the main part and the sweetness of any event i would like to participate.
