Here is a link for the visa info.  You'll need to click on the link near the bottom to determine which visa you would like to apply for and to get more info on that type of visa.

Simplest and fastest in a Visit Visa. For that he can ask his employer who will file for a visit visa for you as spouse. They would need ur passport copy and photo to apply. Once they apply typically in a week you wud get an online response at MOFA [Ministry of Foreign Affairs] website about approve or decline of visa, [ generally they do approve , but a friend had to reapply 3 times thru his employer to finally get it approved , no reasons whatsoever of earlier declines]. Once approved you take the approved visa printout in USA go to Saudi consulate in USA and they would stamp the Visa. This is typically for 3 months which can be renewd as well from Saudi itself once u r here. Also once visa is stamped u need to travel within 3 months to Saudi, else it gets cancelled. One last point you would meanwhile need a certified Arabic translator to translate and certify your marriage certificate which Saudi consulate in USA may ask to prove relationship. And also u need to carry tht along with ur passport when in Saudi as u might be checked anytime u r out per law. [ Doesn't happen too frequently]. All the above was the process for me to get my wife to a visit here from India. May change a little for US nationals. best is to get ur hubby cracking at jeddah with his employers. They wud let u have all the answers. ;>
