Wife sponsoring husband and kids permanent visa

Hi All,

i would like to know if being a working woman I can sponsor a dependent visa for my husband and kids. Is there any additional docs like NOC required from my husband to apply kids permanent visa?


I have already received the attested documents like marriage certificate and my one child birth certificate which is acceptable. But for other child he is born in UAE, his birth certificate is already in arabic, do i need attestation from UAE Mofa on that? or i can use as it is here by getting local MOFA attestation?


Please note my profession is marketing specialist and working in a company as marketing manager.

@tiwarisneh Hello dear, I am in the same situation and i have been told that it is definitely possible. you can visit this link to check the requirements https://www.howsaudi.com/post/saudi-per … dam-office (note that your certificate needs to be attested at the ministry of interior is ksa/ this isnt mentioned in this link but its mandatory) However, as a woman you are not eligible to do apply online. You will have to book an appointment at the Istiqdam office, prepare your documents and go personally submit them. The struggle is to find an appointment! I have been trying for a week and couldnt find. Good luck :)
