Hello,

I am working one organization for past 7 years with company visa now I get a new offer from another company and my iqama valid 2 months remains.

And my contract 2021 to 2023 in qiwa I not accept from current employer. And I sign in paper mid of 2021 & as per paper contract one year completed remain 1year is there this mean time
If I want to go new employer I have to compensate this one year salary to current employer?
please clarify .

You need to talk to your current employer about your plan to transfer to another company including the tradeoff to waive you to pay the cost incurred of remaining 1 year validity of your employment contract. But bear in mind that local transfer of sponsorship is not a legal right of foreign expat. It is subject to the discretion of the sponsor (employer) and approval of the official authority i.e. MOL, MOI, etc.
