Rejecting a request in Qiwa

Until now I haven't  received any request from company B. on contacting them they said due to problem with Qiwa website, we are unable to send a request.

QUESTION 1:
Is it necessary to reject the previous request in order to receive a new request? meaning can't we have multiple requests to choose?

QUESTION 2:
Is there something wrong if any request is rejected by an individual? meaning we will not be able to receive new request? from the same company or from another company?

A1.The system process as of today is designed for one request for one period of time after your acceptance it stays for 14 days till approval of current employer, if not auto cancel.

A2.Nothing like that, these are job offers you can receive offers at any point of time, provided that you have to stay for a period of 1year with the current employer to move between employers.
You need to reject the request from Co.A in the  system not in writing with B for a new request from Co.B.
