Rent a Car filed a case against me and court blocked my Banking system

I think you need to be clear on a few points:
1) Court does not need your "consent". When a case is filed against you, you get a notification in your Absher. If you didn't see it and didn't attend, a decision will be taken in your absence
2) Settle the issue with the rent-a-car agency. That is the only way to get your bank account unblocked.
