Sponsorship transfer pending in qiwa portal

Im from riyadh, i got a new employment offer from a company in jeddah, they send me a request through qiwa portal, i accepted the same. But now the status showing in qiwa portal is pending for notice period completion. Asked my current sponsor they told they have done the transfer, showing transfer date on (8/4/21).but new sponsor told it's not showing in their system. My iqama is going to expire on 28th april, i have informed the same to my new sponsor. My clearance process is going on in my present company, my doubt is that will this company  make me final exit before all procedures are over. Can i join the new company and start working?

Who is the current sponsor in your Absher /qiwa account? , if it's old you have to serve notice period as per law.
Did you resign or ended the contract?
Iqama renewal can be done after expiry also,  3 days grace days and first time fine of 1KSAR.
