Legal or not.
Just do not transfer that money to KSA account. That's it.
It will never be their business.
But if you do transfer the money then it will be their business.

Thanks for your advice about the money.

I need to know whether allowed or not, due to UK courts for family matters. My ex-partner claims that I am working illegally.

How is that?
You are using internet in your free time after the duty hours.
You can do whatever you want.
You are not running an online business.
You are giving a service.
Just don't listen to anyone.
Do not transfer the money to KSA.
That's it.
And for UK, DO THEY CARE THAT WHERE ARE YIU LIVING?
They just need proof that a person is real and doesn't has any criminal record.

Do not do any job online/part time in your duty hours of a permanent job.
Keep it that way and you will be fine.
Is there anything mentioned in your contract that you and your time is the property of the xyz company even after the 8 hours duty?
If not, then who cares?
