National Individual Address Registration

Hey Forum members
I wanted to buy insurance and the company said I need to first register at the National Individual Address Registration (https://narg.address.gov.sa/en/individu … fault.aspx). The problem is that the system doesn't recognise my Iqama number (maybe because it is diplomatic?). Can someone advise me on the way forward?

hello,
You need to directly contact Saudi post. Print the page of error and visit Saudi post office.
Or visit their website in below link and choose 'customer support' . fill the form with explaining your problem.
