If anyone is from the area please contact me as I'm keen on making new friends.

My employer would like me to travel to Bahrain to obtain a visa, is this the right thing to do?

Thank u

Travel to Bahrain to get visa for Saudi ? IS the agency in Bahrain?
yeah that sounds a bit strange? what type of visa will u get?
Business visit visa apparently. But who goes to Bahrain (from Madinah) to renew it?
No actually. I am in the UK and they wouldn'tlike me to travel for three days to Bahrain for a work visa Iqama.

Why Bahrain if you'll work in Madinah?

I'm not sure I'll ask my employers, but this is what I am informed of.
Are you in Saudi? I applied for a teaching position, I was successful. I will be flying out next week Friday to work in Madinah; however they said that I will go to Bahrain for three working days to obtain a working visa (Iqama) not business but working. As I questioned this. The company is Q*CH
nobody goes to bahrain to get a iqama for saudi. very very questionable
Qech is the company
doesn't connect the dots...
In a recent thread posters were sharing their experiences and shaming a company Q***. I hope that's not this one.

Not necessarily, companies some times does that. The issue place of visa can be changed and if its made in bahrain it can be done.

To clarify this , if the visa is to be issued for a UK national from Bahrain , then you need to get to Bahrain.

how does that even make sense? u will work in Madinah KSA and have a bahraini iqamah?

They asked her to be in Bahrain for 3 days. It's not about Bahraini Iqama.

So if she is UK national and instead the company issuing the visa to UK they can select Bahrain ?

Or is the company based out of Bahrain and the visas for their staff can only be endorsed via Bahrain.

I need a smoke....
I have done this previously, hence i said its possible.

You issue a visa for UK national with جهة القدوم to be Bahrain. The guy goes there, approaches the saudi embassy and the visa is issued in 3 days time and you fly from Bah to KSA.

Both; work visas and business visit visas.
جهة القدوم roughly translates to "Visa endorsement place"

This doesn't matter now.

This is the company emailing me;
Hi Muna;
