Hi Julien,

Thats a great news. Just to let you know from past few weeks there is a lot of latency in accessing Expat.com website. I have tried all the normal troubleshooting steps, all other websites work fine. There is a slow response from Expat.com website.

Any Idea or suggestion as to why this is happening?

I think the one which you r using currently OVH is probably the best priced one in europe. I know of stable host and Hetzner both German and good speed.

I was wondering though who bears the cost for all this?

Normally places like these are filled of ads and are more of money generating business rather than informatory.
