Transfer to new employer

After resignation and after finish the notice period can I transfer to new employer without permission of current employer I was transfered to current employer I did not come on his visa directly.kindly give me advice as per your experience.

Either you need to come again with other company visa. If you manage that company owner will transfer your visa, then it will good. Without telling him you can’t take transfer. Approval will be done by your current Employer.
