Transfer of Sponsor in QIWA Portal during 3 month Probation Period

Just want to explore experiences from foreign expat worker who successfully manage the transfer of sponsorship during probation period via Qiwa portal platform. On condition that both parties (employer and employee) have the right to terminate the contract during the 3 month duration period of probation.


Processes after clicking the red button to terminate the contract in Qiwa portal:

1-    Terminate the contract and pop-up two option; resignation or termination. Then state valid reason.

2-    Then accept the new contract from new employer; or

3-    Accept the new contract from new employer and then terminate the contract. This may or may not require old employer to accept or reject the transfer request and issue final exit visa to foreign expat worker.

4-    Transfer automatically to new sponsor immediately after doing step 1 or 2; since there is no notice period under probation period.


Consequences of terminating the contract during the probation period:

1-    Final exit visa may or may not be issued by employer.

2-    Huroob (absent without official leave or any violations related to your work).
