Do we need to wait for 90 days ?

Hi we have same situation we already accept the qiwa contract coming from the new employer but it says pending completion in 90 days..So how was it?do we need to wait for 90 days before we can transfer to another or talk to current employer to reduce the 90 days..im confused Anybody can help?

Don't wait for the completion of 90 days notice period. The current employer has the facility button to reduce the 90 days notice period to zero (0) day left in Qiwa portal.
