Contract of employment stamp at MOFA

Tashi121

Hi

I got a contract of employment from my employer in Saudi and it’s on the chamber of commerce paper and also on the contract it says “certification number at the ministry of foreign affairs ……….. “ ( gives 8 digit number )

Now I was assuming that it means it’s verified/ stamped by MOFA as it gives a number. also the employer got the number on there after I told him it needs to be verified by MOFA.

However I submitted to an agent in London and he is saying it needs to be stamped like a post office stamp. Do you think they mean a physical stamp on the paper?

How would we get that done as we were told everything is online now. The employer submits it online and all documents get verified.

I'm confused as agent is telling me one thing and employer another. I’m in the UK so need to apply for a work visa with the Saudian embassy
