Employer is not accepting my resignation with notice period

Dear Respected Members,

i want to share my situation and expecting a truthful opinion on it from all of you. I joined one company on 10-06-2020 and now i have got one better offer and i submitted my resignation to my HR. My contract is expiring on 09-09-2023. I have resigned and informed my company that i will serve 60 days notice period but company is not accepting my resignation even though they have hired my replacement and my handover is also started. Please guide me what can do now as i have to join my new company after 60 days. I may loss my opurtunity if i don’t join on the committed date.

IF your current employment contract will expire on 09-09-2023, you need to communicate with new company to upload offer in Qiwa on the 9th of June 2023 (09-06-2023). Once it appear to your Qiwa account, read the offer thoroughly and if you agreed with the terms, conditions, and remunerations, accept it. After 90 days notice period in Qiwa platform, your visa will automatically transferred to new company.

1.You can notify the company 60 days before when your employment contract ends.

2. If you resign from the Company or terminate your contract before the end of your contract, you must compensate the Company in accordance with Article 77.

3. Termination of such employment contract must be agreed upon by both parties.

4. You are wrong, so please negotiate with your company or you will be in trouble later.
