Data Analyst Salary Grade at HMC

Hi there,  I am not sure if the Grade allocated Overseas Contract 112 or 113 and Local Hired is G6 or G5. Basic salary+Transportation allowance+Housing allowance+ Casual Leave.

its depend on your offer for local or Overseas contract starting from Grade 113/ G5  education allowance is provided and you need to reimbursement every Term.

Sometimes you have to wait 30 to 90 days depend on the travel sector in that case hmc travel team will book tickets in  group for the new hires.

Thank you. I received the offer letter, and it’s for Grade 06. I negotiated for an overseas contract, and they agreed, but there were no changes to the benefits. Also, does it really not include an allowance for an annual ticket for this grade, even under an overseas contract?

Well Overseas Contract are defined default ticket allowance.

HR mentioned that there is no annual ticket allowance, even under an overseas contract. 😔

Kindly check your assigned Grade, If it states G grade then you are not eligible.

Hi, if you don't mind me asking, what is the basic salary range offered? And were they open to any negotiation in the salary
