Job offer : Informations needed

Hello,

I am a SAP consultant and being offered 2500 OMR salary+ child education allowance+ medical benefits+medical insurance+ one time flyback to India alongwith family+bonus+ other Oman Govt. company benefits.

I would be moving with my wife and 3 years child to Sohar city probably. I know some of my questions have probably been answered in many other threads, but still I would appreciate your patience with me for answers to below questions in totality.

1. Is this good offer for a SAP consultant with 10 yrs of exp in Oil & Gas sector?
2. what is meant by open contract? Is being employed by Oman Govt. has additional benefits other than CTC?
3. How easy is to quit job once I wish to return?
4. How good are Indian School for nursery education in Sohar?
5. What are entertainment options and how can one enjoy life in Sohar?
6. Does Oman Govt. companies entertain negotiations?
7. How difficult is it for a pure vegetarian family to live in Oman?
8. Any idea, usually how much Bonus does Govt. companies give?
9.What are working schedules in Oman govt. companies in Oil & Gas sector?
