Need to know my friend mobile number

Dear Viewers,

Good Luck for everyone. I would like to seek a help from you, that is one of my friend is working as a Professor in Nizwa college of University in Busniess Management Department, i have contacted the HOD to ask his phone number, but he can't give, because of his college rules he will not disclose any personal information about their staff. But i need his phone number, how can i get? Anybody know the way to solve my problem, please contact me by e mail.

The fact that you already contacted the HOD of Nizwa Colleges is already the first step in contacting your friend. If they can't give you your friends number because that is against the school's regulations, then you should have leave a message and your contact number where your friend can reach you.Right?
