How can i transfer to new work sponsor!

Hi, i just want to ask what can i do first or procedure in transfering to another work while im still currently having visa from this previous work i had. Ive been working to them 5yrs now and only 10months left before my renewed visa will finish. But i had applied online to this new job and wanted me for interview. What can i do if i pass the job interview? How can i tell to my old sponsor i wanted to transfer right away without finishing my visa? Hope someone reply. Thanks

Hi there,

As per practice , you will need an NOC from your previous employer to shift your Visa to new employer. NOC is still being maintained.
