NOC Clarification on a visit visa

Hello everyone,
I had completed 4 years in oman company had terminated me in the month of feb 2021 and my visa got expired in august, company had given me Noc on a particular company’s name where i got the job but due to covid i couldn’t come back to oman, now they are like we don’t have vacancy now, but i am here on a visit visa so if I get a job somewhere do i still require NOC ?

Please help with the reply.

In such a case  and bcoz covid19 is considered a force major situation it is likely that your case is considered but pls. don't count on here nd there consultation ;I advise you direct your inquiry to ministry of  labor , work power directory

So without Noc you got visit visa,? Your sponsor cancelled your visa??
