HI,
I need somebody Suggestion regards to NOC rule,
After my two years contract in Oman, I left there in March 2019 and came to India as well as my visa also cancelled my company, Now I got a new job in Oman

Now Is it eligible to go for the new job in Oman under new Removal NOC policy?

I also have a query on this.

Whether NOC is required for expats who served their full 2 year initial Contract but during 2nd Contract was terminated after more than 1 year due to Covid-19.

If employer remove before 2yr contract then what will do labour without noc ban 2yr suffer always. Please finish complete noc then labour always happy.
I was suffer coz between my contract my sponsor dispute me and now he don't give me noc . I have lots of there but noc rule stop me. Today this happening do with me next you. So finish noc
