Visit visa to Family visa

I am working in company at Oman, now I brought my wife to Oman through visit visa. And my wife now three months pregnant, also now my company giving family visa,
Now my question is?
For visa change exit required?
If required, then exit for any country ok?
Also if she will go back and come to Oman they will allow to get family visa because she is now three months pregnant?
Pls advise me.

Since your employer has granted you family status, you can request your employer for a simple visa transfer. It is possible.
