Dear Friends,

My employment visa expires on 3rd September '18. But I'm traveling to India on 23rd Aug & will be back on 7th September. My company has got some issue with renewing visa, as our PRO said it will take time to renew visa.
So I will not be able to return to Oman without renewing visa. Is there any other option available, pls do share with me.

the best option is to wait for the renewal, and have your vacation after you have renewed it.

My PRO allows me to renew the visa 1-2 month before the expiration. I guess it depends to the PRO...better talk to him and find a possibility to renew before your departure.

Hi arun.arnie2,

There is no issues at all here.

Your employment visa can be renewed well in advance, as long as your employer is willing to continue with your services.
