I want to go back to the India

HI,

I came here on 18 Jan 2018. When I joined the company i came to know its very small firm.
Before came to Oman they told me the company is *** and lots of employees are working. you will get this and that. Now I am realizing that was fake commitments.
Now i have to go back to India what will be the procedure and will they ready to give permission without any arguments. I am ready to pay Visa and Labour card money. but i want to go back...I have completed only one month.
What to do if they cant give me permission. Please suggest. I am suffering a lot of problems. I am working in the different department. My carrier and experience going on a wrong track.
Please help me and please advice me the safe way to go back India.

I just saw my offer letter there they mentioned " This is also an undertaking that you would not resign or leave the company prior to completion of 4 years and the minimum notice period will be 3 months"

Now what i do....Please help....Anyhow I have to go back...please reply me
