Hi all, I am looking for morning run partners for a 4 times run a week. Timing between 9 am to 12 am. My pace is 6'/km

I know it's an old post but looking for a running buddy. I'm happy to do short or long distance. I'm in mabhoula at the moment but can meet up if possible. Running alone is pretty boring.
