Latvians in Kuwait?

I am wondering..is there any Latvians in Kuwait?
Will be there in January and would be great to meet up

Yeah...it seems that I will be only one Latvian there ( or at least in this blog). It makes me feel proud and represent my country in Kuwait
it will make us even prouder to make your acquaintance, being the only latvian in Kuwait, as far as this blog knows
