well your use of the phrase "partner" as opposed to husband is quite disconcerting given the fact that Kuwaiti maternity hospitals do not allow children borne of "wedlock".

once you clear that up, you can browse around the websites of such maternity places - however royal hayat is by far the most luxurious, and hence expensive, choice.
more wise words from legacy!!!!

Most of the people I know have returned to their home country from the birth of children due to the cost!
LOL definately married :D, it's force of habit!! We are from the UK  We would have considered going private there too so I think I'll ring around and ask. thanks!
thank you Doubty ;)

zeode, you hit the nail on the head by going for the most expensive private maternity hospital there is; there are other posts here on the forum regarding private maternity hospitals that are more easy on the pocket - i believe an italian gentleman was inquiring about mowasat, or was it seif, hospital? im sure if you check through the forum u'll find that particular thread.

royal hayat is the 5* maternity hospital, you can even hear the sounds of the ocean walking around their parking lot!

do not worry zedie.. since you are from briton - all hospitals will treat you royally!...even - when it comes to treat the patients, they look for nationality! so, you are on the right side and not on the wrong side... i wish a good hale and healthy baby for you...
